Contact form

If you use the contact form, the archive receives the name, email address, subject and message you submit, together with basic technical information needed to prevent abuse and deliver the request. That information is used only to review and respond to the message, handle rights concerns or improve the archive. It is not displayed publicly or sold.

Contributions may include a name, email address, description, ownership information and links. Hurricane Company LLC uses this information to evaluate historical material, reply, establish provenance and discuss permissions. Nothing is published automatically, and accepted material requires a separate archival or publication agreement.

Contact and contribution information is retained only as long as needed for correspondence, rights matters, legal obligations or an agreed archival relationship. Website hosting, email delivery and anti-abuse services may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the forms. The site does not provide visitor accounts or use advertising analytics.

Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with a submission.
